Regular orders are carefully processed and delivered within our standard working-day timeline. Custom-made pieces may require additional production time because they are prepared specifically for you.

12–15 Working Days for Standard Delivery

Processing & Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery: For regular orders, please allow 12 to 15 working days for your package to be delivered to your doorstep.
Made-to-Order & Customization: Because our custom tailoring and Mother-Daughter matching duos are crafted uniquely to your measurements, please allow an additional production cushion. Our team will keep you updated on your specific timeline.
Dispatch Schedule: Our fulfillment team ships packages from Monday through Saturday during regular business hours. We rest on Sundays and national public holidays to recharge our creative batteries.

Order Tracking & Communication

Real-Time Updates: As soon as your style case is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation through email or SMS containing your unique tracking number.
Follow Your Package: Use the tracking number on our courier partner's portal to see where your order is in real time.

Delivery Attempts & Logistics

Secure Drop-off: Our verified shipping partners will attempt delivery at your provided shipping address. Please ensure someone is available to accept the parcel, or provide an address where it can be securely received.
Address Accuracy: To prevent unexpected transit delays, double-check your shipping address, city, and active phone number before finalizing checkout.
